From our vines cared for with love and dedication, are born Athal and Aldanna, our two wines:

It is a white wine obtained from a blend of Grechetto and Trebbiano grapes, native varieties of “Tuscia”, hand-picked in our vineyards. From the arrival in the cellar the grapes follow this path: crushing, pressing to separate the must from the marc, cleaning of the must by cold static decantation at a temperature of 10°, followed by separation of the clean must from the lees, fermentation of the clean must for 20 days at a temperature of 15°, aging on the fine lees for 6 months.
Athal is a fresh wine with a good alcohol content, 13,5%, with a good structure and accompanied by a sustained acidity. Ours is a lively wine, perfumed with hints of white-fleshed fruit, fresh on the palate with a high drinkability

It is our red wine obtained from a blend of Sangiovese and Merlot grapes hand-picked in our vineyards. The grapes are processed as follows: crushing and destemming, fermentation with maceration on the skins for about a week in steel vats at a temperature of 25°, followed by racking, separation from the skins, malolactic fermentation and maturation in steel vats for 5 months. Aldanna is a wine with a good structure and longevity, accompanied by a good acidity, with a good body and a good alcohol content, 14%, characterized by aromas reminiscent of red fruits with spicy and pepper notes, soft in the mouth with remarkable persistence .
